respectively and in Order the better to enable the
said Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middx.
to Assess and Tax rateably and in equal proportions
all and every Such Parishes Towns Liberty's Precinct to
Villages Hamlets and Places the churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said several Parishes
Towns Liberties Precincts Villages Hamlets and
places were by the said Act required to make a Return
in Writing upon Oath to the said Justices in Session
Assembled of the Total Amount of the Rental or
value of the Estates within the Parish Town Liberty
Precinct Village Hamlet
or Place to which they
should respectively belong Now forasmuch
as it appeareth unto this Court that more than Three
fourths of the Money of the last Rate made in
Session last being the last preceeding Rate hath been
paid and Expended to Answer the ends and purposes
mentioned in the Act of Parliament first abovementioned
and that it is necessary a Considerable sum of Money
should be raised and a Rate made upon the Parishes
Towns Libertys Precincts Villages Hamlets and Places
in the said County for raising of Money to Answer
the several ends and purposes in the said first recited
Act of Parliament mentioned, This Court upon
Consideration of the premises and of the Returns made
and Sworn to by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the several Parishes and Places within this
County pursuant to the directions of the said Act of the
Thirty Seventh Year of the Reign of His present Majesty
is of Opinion and Doth accordingly by Order that a
General Equal Rate of Three farthings in the pound
upon the Annual Rent or Value of the Estates within
every Parish Town Liberty Precinct Hamlet Village and
place in the said county be made and Assessed upon every
Parish Town Liberty Precinct Hamlet Village and place
in the said county be made and assessed upon every
Parish Town Liberty Precinct Hamlet Village and Place
within the said County, which this Court doth think
necessary to be raised for the purposes aforesaid, this Court
therefore by virtue of the Said Act of Parliament Doth
