By adjournment same Day
Mr.. Rogers the County Surveyor laid before the Court
a Plan and Estimate of an Infirmary to be built in the
Garden adjoining New Prison
prepared agreeable to the
directions given him by the Prison Committee and it appearing
by the Estimate that the carrying such Plan into Execution
would Amount to the Sum of £1400. and upwards.
Resolved That the same is unexpedient at present
and that Mr.. Rogers be directed to make a temporary
Accommodation for the female sick Prisoners in one or more
of the Rooms of the Old House of Correction adjoining to
New Prison
at as little expence as Possible

the County Treasurer the Money's now in their hands on
Account of the County Rate and that they do attend this Court
on Saturday next at 12 o'Clock' at the Session House, Clerkenwell
Green to render an Account of the Money's which have
been Received and Paid by them and of the Sums now due
from the respective Parishes and Places within their respective
Divisions. -
