pursuant to the Resolutions of the last Session being

If it meets with your approbation I am willing
to engage to execute the Works described to be done (agreeable
to Plans Etc. exhibited therewith) in Building a Bridge
near Forty hill in the Parish of Enfield for the sum of
Five hundred and forty six pounds and to find what
Sir Timber may be required in Bounds, Tyes or Templets
Labor Nails and Spikes included at 2s / 10d Per foot Cubica [..]
