February 1796.

Resolved That the said Committee be desired
to continue their Meetings and that William Kinnard< no role >
Frederick Mathew< no role > , Robert Thompson< no role > Esquires and
Millington Buckley< no role > Clerk be added to the said Committee

By adjournment same Day.

It was Moved and Seconded that the Order made
at the last Session that each Magistrate who Dines at
the Sessions should on future pay 2s / 6d. to the House
Keeper every Day he Dines in the Session House be
Reseinded and after debate upon the Question being
put it was Negatived with only one dissenting voice

By adjournment same Day

William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire the Chairman
of the Session informed the Court that he had presented
the Address to His Majesty agreed to at the last Session
on the Birth of a Princess to His Rayal Highness
the Prince of Wales and that he had transmitted
the Address to the prince on the same Occasion to
Lord Cholmondeley who was appointed by His
Royal Highness to Receive the Congratulatory Addresses
upon the Occasion.

By adjournment same Day:

Ordered That the Sum of Thirty Pounds being
the usual Annual Allowance made to John Marlin< no role >
for his Attendance as Session Beadle be paid to him
and that the Clerk peace do issue an Order
upon the Treasurer of this County for payment thereof

By adjournment same day.

The following Report of the Committee appointed to examine and
Audit from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of
this County as well with respect to his Receipts as his expenditures
and also to examine and Audit all Demands of what nature
or kind soever made on this County previous to the payment
thereof being laid before the Court and Read Vizt.
