As several Charges are preferred against the Governor. which are now
under the consideration and determination of the Court. the visiting Magistrates
on that Account forbear at present to mention any thing respecting them or of his
general conduct.

Resolved that the Thanks of this Court be given to the visiting
Magistrates for their attendance at the said Prison.
Resolved that William Kinnard< no role >

. be appointed visiting Magistrate
instead of Edmund Pepys< no role >

Resolved that it be referred to the Prison Committe to take into
consideration the allowing the Prisoners the Breakfast of Broth called Leak.
"porridge during the Winter Months as expressed in the Report of the visiting
Magistrate.
