That several accounts for Business done for this County by
the late Charles Eyles< no role >

. amounting to £121..11s..8d being laid before them &
having Examined the same and the charges therein appearing fair & reasonable
but your Committee being doubtful of their power under the Order of reference to
proceed to the auditing & allowing the said Accounts in the manner they do other
Demands made upon the County have referred them to the Court

That having taken into Consideration Two Bills for Money
paid & Expences incurred by James Talboys< no role >
Constable
of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes for removing Vagrants from the said Parish to the Contractors House at
Islington
from the 15th. day of September 1783 to the 14th. day of February 1785
amounting to £30..2s..2d. It is the Opinion of your Committee that the said
Expence ought to be borne and discharged by the said Parish of St. Clement
Danes and therefore they do not allow the same.
