By adjournment same day.

It is Ordered that the respective High Constables within the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County do forthwith print for the use of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for this County an
accurate alphabetical List of their respective Constables distinguishing
in different Columns the Parishes for which they serve, their named
places of residence, Trade or Profession & whether they do substitutes
and if so for whom.

By adjournment Saturday the 7th day of Decr.

It is Ordered that the order made on the County day of
the Session [..] appointing a Committee to enquire into the conduct
of Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. touching the State of Health of Sarah Baylis< no role > a Vagrants
while in his Custody and the circumstances of her death the discharged
and the same is hereby discharged accordingly. Resolved that their
present Session of the peace be adjourned till Thursday next the 12th.
day of December Instant and that the conduct of Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
touching the premises be then taken into consideration by the Court

The Court having taken into consideration the conduct of Mr.
Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. touching the State of Health of Sarah Baylie Vagrants
while in his Custody and the circumstances of her Death and having
heard what Mr. Adams had to alledge. in his defence as also the
Evidence of several persons produced by the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. It
is the Opinion of this Court that Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. hath been guilty of
next negligence in his conduct towards Sarah Baylis Vagrants
while under his care and that he should be publicly reprimanded
in Open Court for the same. and It is Further Opinion of
this Court That William Rogers< no role > the Driver of the Vagrant last
a Servant belonging to the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. hath been guilty of
great inhumanity in his conduct in respect to Sarah Baylis
and that he ought no longer to be employed in the business of;
conveying vagrants but should immediately be discharged the
service of the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
