This Court having taken into Consideration what
is due to Mr Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. for receiving such Vagrants at his
House since the 10th. of November last as were usually then to fore
sent to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell and the Report
of the Committee appointed to carry into immediate and
Effectual Execution the Repair of New Prison and Clerkenwell
Bridewell made and Confirmed at the least Genl Quarter
Session of the peace for this County being called for and Read

Resolved that it be referred to the Committee
appointed to carry into immediate and Effectual Execution
the Repair of New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell to consider
what recompence ought to be made to Mr Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. for the
inconvenience and Expence which he has been put unto by virtue
of several Orders of Court to that and in receiving at his own house
from the 10th. day of November last to this present Thursday the
26th. day of April all such Vagrants as would otherwise and in
the usual course have been sent to Clerkenwell Bridewell and to
Report their Opinion thereon to the next Session

By adjournment same day

The Subsequent Report from the Committee of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for this County appointed to carry into
immediate and Effectual Execution the Repair of New Prison
and Clerkenwell Bridewell before being laid before this Court
the same was read as as a follows vizt.
