to a Committee to appoint a proper Person in his stead & to take an Account

An Order of the 6th Feby 1756 made upon Representation to the Court
that the Contract made with Mist would expire on the 5th day of April than
next whereby it was referred to a Committee to view a State of the Pavement
& whether the same was in such Condition as was required by the said
Contract to be left at the end of the Term and also what further might be
proper to be done in the Premises.
Articles of Agreement Indented had made
concluded and agreed upon the twenty sixth day of
January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and fifty seven and for the thirtieth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King
