their Executors and admors do Covenant promise and agree
with the said Richard Jupp< no role > his Executors and Admors that he
and they shall be paid satisfyed and allowed out of the
Moneys already raised or to be Raised by Virtue of an act of
Parliament Passed in the twelfth Year of the Reign of his late
Majesty King George the second Intituled an Act for the more
easy Assessing Collecting and levying of Country Rates for all such
good seasoned and fit materials provided wrought up used and
employed in or about the said Repairs and Work as aforesaid at
and after the several Rates and Prices aforesaid within the Space of
one Calendar Month after the same shall be Compleated and
finished as aforesaid and Measured and the Measurement
Certifyed to the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere George
Errington, Bartholomew Hammond and Benjamin Cowley their
Executors or Administrators or to the General or Quarter
Sessions of the peace by the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role > or such
other Surveyor as aforesaid. In Witness whereof the said
parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
set their hands & seals the day and year, first above writtten
