By adjournment same day

A Report from the Committee to whom the Consideration
of the Repairs and Alterations necessary to be done at Hicks
Hall was referred, being made to this Court and a plan of the
said Alterations together with an Estimate of the Expence of
carrying the same into Execution being also laid before the Court
and the same being Confirmed and approved by the Court It is
ordered that the said plan and Estimate be and the same is
hereby referred back to the said Committee with Instructions to
consider of Ways and Means to cause a Sum of Money sufficient
to defray the Expence of carrying the same into Execution without the
assistance of Parliament

Mr. Eyles and Mr. Rogers to whom it was referred on the
County day of September Session last to view the State and
condition of the Quakers Workhouse and having at the last
Session of the peace holden for this County laid before the Court a
Report conserning the same the consideration of which said
Report was then adjourned to this present Session Now It is
ordered that the Consideration of the said Report be further
postponed to the County day of the next Session

It is Ordered that the Consideration of the legality of the public
performance of Music of New Tunbridge Wells which stood
adjourned at the last Session be and the same is hereby further
adjourned to the County day of the next Session
