By adjournment same day

A New Deed of Feoffment of the County Estate having been
lately Executed by the surviving Justice in the last Deed named
and several of the new Feoffees wherein Mr. William Herbert< no role > late
Deputy Clerk of the Peace of this County was appointed Attorney by the
said new Feoffees to receive Session of the said Estate and it appearing
to this Court that the said Mr. William Herbert< no role > departed this life
before all the new Feoffees had executed the Said Deed It is
Ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Peace do consult with
Mr. Duane whether it will not be necessary to have a new Attorney
appointed for the above mentioned purpose & the said Deeds reengrossed
and reexecuted and that he proceed therein as Mr. Duane Still advise

By adjournment same day

It is Ordered by the Court in pursuance of an Order of the Twenty
second of October last that Notice be given by Letter to all the Gentlemen
acting in the Commission of the Peace for this County at least 14
days before the County day of the next Session that the Building
a Session house for this County will be then taken into consideration
and that such notice be also advertised in the Daily and Public
advertiser and Gazetteer

By Adjournment Friday 17th. Sepr. 1773

At this Court a Report of the Committee of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for this County appointed on the 23d. day of April
last for the immediate and Effectual Repair of New Prison and
Clerkenwell Bridewell was made and delivered and the same is
as follows Vizt.

of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace to be holden by
adjournment) onThursdaytheSixteenthday of September 1773 at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the said County
assembled
