That the Premises having been duly weighed and considered
by the said Justices assembled as aforesaid they are unanimously
of Opinion that the name of the said
John Sherratt< no role >
is a
disgrace to the said Commission and to the Magistracy of the
said County and that it is their indispensable Duty to remon:
Strate
to your Lordship against his continuance amongst them.
Wherefore the said Justices pray that the said
John Sherratt< no role >
may be superseded from or otherwise
rendred incapable of holding or Exercising the
Office and Authority of a Justice of the Peace for
the said a County of Middlesex

His Majestys Justices of the Peace
here Assembled observing that the
late Order of Sessions for regulating the proceedings upon the vagrant
Act has been broken thro in many instances by Allowing the full Sum
of Ten Shillings to the Apprehenders instead of Two shillings limited
by the aforesaid Order and particularly that
John Spinnage< no role >
Esquire
One of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
of this County hath made a
great Number of such Allowances to one Person for such Apprehensions
which has very much increased the County. Rate Do Order that the
Clerk of the Peace write a Letter to the said Mr. Spinnage to desire
him to dine with them on the next County day and after Dinner to
take into consideration the said Order.

Assembled on the County day of the last Session have directed me to
Desire you will please to dine with them on the County day of the
next Session Thursday 29th. June next and after dinner to take into
consideration the Order of Sessions for regulating the Apprehending
and conveying of Rogues and vagabonds which the Justices in
Sessions observe has in many instances been broke through in
allowing Ten shillings to the Apprehender instead of Two shillings
limitted by the said Order which has of late much increased the
County Rates
