the same at such times and in such place as by Law
he and they may or can and has been usual to hold the
same That the holding of the said Fair shall be
discontinued for the future during the pleasure of him
the said Sir George Colebrooke< no role > and his Heirs and that
he the said Sir George Colebrooke< no role > would take order to
prevent the Erection of any Booths or Tents at Bow
aforesaid or elsewhere within the said Manor and
every other act that may any way tend to endanger
the peace and good Order of that part of this County.

After which John Hawkins< no role > Esqr . the Chairman of
the Sessions was desired by the Court to return the said
Sir Geo: Colebrooke the thanks of the Court for his
condescension in this respect and for the very obliging
and respectful Terms in which he had expressed his
Willingness to oblige the public.

And the Chairman returned the said Sir George
Colebrooke the thanks of the Court accordingly.
