the Treasurer's Accots.

It is ordered by this Court that it be and it is here by recommended
and referred to Bartholomew Hammond< no role > John Brettel< no role > James
Hubbald
< no role > Benjamin Cowley< no role > John Spencer< no role > Colepeper Esquires and
such other of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County as
will please to be present or any two of them as a Committee to
meet together at Hick's Hall aforesaid on Friday the third
day of July next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon or some
other convenient time and place to inspect and audit the account
of Mr. James Jefferson< no role > touching the Money by him received as
Treasurer of this County and of his Disbursements out of the
same and also to inspect his Accounts of what Sum and Sums
of Money he hath received and of whom for the Rents of the
Estate of this County and how the same or any part there of hath
been applied and disposed of and to report a State of the said
respective accounts to the Court at the next General Quarter
Session of the peace for the said County on the County Day of the
same Session.

hundred in the stead
of Joseph Weeden< no role >

Upon the humble Petition of Joseph Weeden< no role > Gent . one of the
High Constables of the Hundred of Gore in the County setting forth
that he hath served the said office from the 3d. Day of July 1766
and now praying to be discharged from the same on account of some
natural infirmities which render him incapable of Executing the
said Office This Court doth appoint Mathew Carter< no role > of Pinner in the
said County and Hundred Mealman to be high Constable of the
said Hundred in the place and stead of the said Joseph Weeden< no role >
And doth Order that the said Mathew Carter< no role > do attend one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County residing in or
near the said Hundred and take his Oath for the due Execution of
his said office before such Justice and from and after the time of his
taking his said Oath the above named Petitioner is to stand absolutely
discharged from his said office of High Constable there.
