Application being made to this Court by Thomas Finch< no role > Gent High Con-
stable within the Hundred of Gore praying to be discharged from his Office
And upon reading the Recommendation in Writing of under the Hands and
Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in the said
Hundred bearing date the fifth Instant setting forth that William Wade< no role >
of the Parish of Hendon within the said Hundred Gentl is a fit and
proper Person to Serve the said Office in the Stead and place of the
Said Thomas Finch< no role > who hath Served the Said Office for three
Years last past and upwards This Court being satisfied in the
Premes doth Appoint the said William Wade< no role > high Constable
within the said Hundred in the place and Stead of the said Thos.
Finch and doth Order that the said William Wade< no role > do forthwith
on Notice hereof to be given attend and take his Oath before
One of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County
residing in or near the Said Hundred for the due Execution of
the Said [..] Office of High Constable and from and
after the time of the Said William Wade< no role > 's having taken
Such Oath the Said Thomas Finch< no role > is to Stand absolutely dischar-
ged from being High Constable within the Said Hundred.

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court
by Edward Umfreville< no role > Esqr . One of the Coroners of the County of Middlesex
therein mentioning the Same to be taken on the view of dead Bodies
in the said County Since the twentieth day of October 1761. and Charge
able on the said County by an Act of Parliament Which Inquicons
contain the Names of the Persons whose dead Bodies were viewd being
forty two in Number, And it appearing to this Court by a Writing
under the Hands of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqr . and Francis Bedwell< no role >
Esqr . two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
that they have examined the said Account and that there is due
for the same the Sum of Forty Six Pounds twelve Shillings and three Pence
It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do Pay the
said Sum of forty six Pounds twelve Shillings and three pence to the said
Coroner in full of his said Demand whose Receipt together will this
Order Shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
Payment.
