By Adjournment on Thursday the twenty seventh day of October 1757

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £6.3s.0d to Mr. John
Daniell.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay unto Mr. John Daniell< no role > the Sum of Six pounds and three shillings for
his trouble and expence in delivering and posting up in divers Places in this
County several Orders of Sessions against unlawfull Fairs and for delivering
the Freeholders Warrants to the several High Constables in this County and
that the Receipt of the said Mr. Daniell together with this Order shall be
a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

A List of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court by George
Grew
< no role > Esqr. one of the Coroners of this County therein mentioning the same to
be taken on View of dead Bodys in the said County and chargeable by virtue
of an Act of Parliament on the said County which said Inquisitions contain
the Names of the dead Bodys viewed being fifty in Number And it
appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hands of Francis
Bedwell
< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County that there is due to the said Coroner for
the said List the Sum of fifty four pounds fourteen shillings and six
pence It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do pay the said Sum of fifty four pounds fourteen
shillings and six pence unto the said Coroner in full of his said
demand whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court by
Edward Umfreville< no role > Esqr . one of the Coroners of this County therein mentioning
the same to be taken an View of dead Bodies in the said County and chargeable
by virtue of an Act of Parliament on the said County which sd. Inquisitions
contain the Names of the dead Bodies viewed being forty six in Number And
it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the hands of Francis Bedwell< no role >
and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County that they have examined the said Account and there is due to
the said Coroner for the same the Sum of fifty two pounds two shillings and
three pence It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay the said Sum of fifty two pounds two shillings and these
pence unto the said Coroner in full of his said demand whose Receipt together
with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment
