By adjournment on Thursday the 14th. day of July 1757

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £7.8s.0d to Mr. Charles
Wainwright for Smith's
Work done at New Prison
and the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell

A Bill of Mr. Charles Wainwright< no role > , Smith for Work done at New Prison and
the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County being produced before this
Court amounting to the Sum of Seven pounds and eight Shillings and it appearing
unto this Court by Writing under the Hands of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Francis
Bedwell
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that
they have examined the said Bill and that there is due for the same to the said
Charles Wainwright< no role > the said Sum of Seven pounds and eight shillings It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the
said Sum of Seven pounds and eight shillings unto the said Charles Wainwright< no role >
in full of his said demand whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fourteenth day of July 1757

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £5.7s.0d to Mr. Richard
Williams for Glaziers Work
done at New Prison

A Bill of Mr. Richard Williams< no role > Glazier for Work done at New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County amounting to the Sum of five pounds and seven shillings being
produce before this Court and it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the hands
of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County that they have examined the sd. Bill and that
there due for the same to the said Richard Williams< no role > the said Sum of five pounds
and seven shillings It is Ordered by this Court that Mrs. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay the said Sum of five pounds and seven shillings unto the said
Richard Williams< no role > in full of his said demand whose Receipt together with this
Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fourteenth day of July 1757

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay several Sums of money
to Workmen for Work done
at Hicks Hall .

Two several Workmens Bills for Work done at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
this County being produced before this Court and it appearing that the same have been
examined by Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County and that there is due to the said
Workman respectively as followeth

To Mr. Richard Williams< no role > Glazier £1.10s.7d
To Mr. Jacob Clifford< no role > Smith£0.9s.6d

Which said Sums of money amount in the whole to Two pounds and three
halfpence It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto the said Persons abovenamed respectively the said respective
Sums of money above mentioned written over against their respective Names
And that the Receipts of the said Persons respectively together with this Order
shall be sufficient Discharges to the said Treasurer for such payments.
