it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hands of Bartholomew
Hammond and Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County that they have examined the said Account and that there
is due for the same to the said Coroner the Sum of Seventy two pounds ten
Shillings and six pence [..]

[..] But this Court upon inspecting the said Account
doth disallow of thesaid AccountSum of One pound therein charged for taking an
Inquisition on view of the dead Body of John Sherborne< no role > who left Effects out of
which the said Coroner hath been paid or might have been paid the said One
Pound which said One pound being deducted out of the said Sum of Seventy two
pounds ten Shillings and Six pence there will remain due to the said Coroner
the Sum of Seventy one pounds ten Shillings and Six pence And this Court
doth thereupon Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay
the said Sum of Seventy one pounds ten Shillings and Six Pence unto the said
Coroner in full of his said Demand whose Receipt together with this Order shall
be a sufficient [..] Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the twenty first day of October 1756.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay several Sums of money
to Workmen for Work done
at Hicks Hall .

Several Workmens Bills for Work done at Hicks Hall in this County being
produced before this Court and it appearing that the same have been examined by
Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqr . and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx and that there is due to the
said Workmen respectively as followeth
To Samuel Smart< no role > , Pump maker£2.16s.9d
To Ann Rayner< no role > Plumber £1.11s.9d
To Thomas Harper< no role > Carpenter £0.8s.10d
ToPaviour£0.0s.6d

Which several Sums of money amount in the whole to four pounds seventeen
Shillings and ten pence. It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay unto the said Persons abovenamed respectively the
said respective Sums of money above mentioned written over against their
respective Names and that the Receipts of the said Persons respectively together
with this Order shall be sufficient Discharges to the said Treasurer for such
respective payment.
