By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay 4.12.5 to Mr. Richard
Jupp for Carpenters Work done
at Hicks Hall .

A Bill of Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > and son having been produced before this Court for Carpenters
Work done at Hicks Hall in this County amounting to the Sum of four pounds twelve
shillings and five pence And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that
the Prices in the said Bill are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum of four pounds twelve shillings and
five pence unto the said Richard Jupp< no role > in full of the said Bill whose Receipt together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Trearer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756.

Holmes for Bricklayers Work
done at Hicks Hall .

A Bill of Mr. Richard Holmes< no role > Bricklayer having been produced before this Court for
Work done by him at Hicks Hall in this County amounting to the Sum of two pounds and eight
shillings pence And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that the Prices in the
said Bill are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of
this County do pay the said Sum of two pounds and eight shillings unto the said
Richard Holmes< no role > in full of his said Bill whose Receipt together with this Order shall
be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

shillings and six pence And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the said County
that the Prices in the said Bill are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum of two pounds thirteen
shillings and six pence unto the said Thomas Munday< no role > in full of his said Bill whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Trearer
for such payment.
