Order appointing a Committee
to put the Acts of Parliamt.
in execution agt. Horse Races

Information being given unto this Court that [..] Horse Races are shortly intended to be
run at Belsize in this County in Contempt of the Acts of Parliament made to restrain and
prevent the excessive Increase of Horse Races It is Ordered by this Court that it be and
it is hereby recommended and referred unto George Errington< no role > Philip Dyott< no role > Charles
Palmer
< no role > Henry Edmund Byron< no role > Hammond Crosse< no role > and Saunders Welsh< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the
Peace for the said County or any three or more of them as a Committee to assemble
and meet together at such times and places as they shall think proper to consider
of the said Acts of Parliament and to put the same into Execution against such
Persons as shall offend against the Tenor of the said Acts and to use their
Endeavours to prevent such unlawfull Horse Races.
