to Richd. Jupp< no role > for Carpenters
Work done at Hicks Hall }


Ex

A Bill of Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > and Son Carpenters having been produced to
this Court for Work done at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County
Amounting to the Sum of Thirty Seven pounds Eight Shillings and Six
Pence And it Appearing to this Court That the said Bill hath been Examined
and Settled by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . One of his Majesties Justices
of the peace for the said County It is Ordered by this Court That Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay the Sum of Thirty pounds
Eight Shillings and Six pence Part of the said Sum of Thirty Seven
Pounds Eight Shillings and Six pence and the further Sum of Seven pounds when he shall have sufficient money in his hands for that purpose out of the Moneys received for
the County Rents, unto the said Richard Jupp< no role > in full part of the said
Bill whose receipt or receipts together with this Order shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Treasurer for the such payment of the said Sum of thirty
Seven pounds eight shillings and six pence.

the Coroners of the County
of Middx }

A List of Inquisitions being produced before this Court by John King< no role > Esqr.
one of the Coroners of this County therein mentioning the same to be taken
on the View of Dead Bodies in the said County by the said Coroner since the
twenty third day of February 1754. and chargeable on the sd. County pursuant
to an Act of Parliament made in the twenty fifth Year of the reign of King
George the second Intituled an Act for giving a & per reward to Coroners for the due
Execution of their Office and for the removal of Coroners upon a Lawfull
Conviction for certain Misdemeanors which List begins on the twenty
Eighthday of February 1754. and ends on the 30th. day of November last
therein mentioning the Dead Bodies Viewed to be Ninety Nine in Number
And that there is due to the sd. Coroner the Sum of One Hundred and Seven Pounds
Sixteen Shillings and three pence for his Coroners Fee on View of the sd. Bodies
and for the Number of Miles by him Travelled on Account of taking the sd. Inquisitions
And it appearing to this Court by Writing under the hands of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > George
Errington
< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role > & George Greene< no role > Esqrs . four of his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the said County that they haveing inspected the sd. List And also the said
Inquisitions and are of Opinion that the said Sum of One Hundred and Seven pounds Sixteen
Shillings and three pence ought to be allowed & paid to the sd. Coroner It is thereupon
Ordered by this Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the sd. Sum of
one hundred & Seven pounds Sixteen Shillings & three pence out of the County Stock unto the
sd. John King< no role > in full of his said demand (when the sd. Treasurer shall have Moneys in his hands
Sufficient to pay the same) Whose receipt together with this Order shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the sd. Treasurer for such payment.
