By Adjournment on Thursday the 24th. day of October 1754 . before
Thomas Lane< no role > George Cook< no role > Thomas Jervis< no role > John Dekower< no role > Esqrs . and
others Etc.

A Bill of Mr. Richard Lowe< no role > Woollen Draper for Green Cloth by him
delivered to cover the Table in the Court at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
this County amounting to the Sum of Three pounds and Eight Shillings
having been produced before this Court And it Appearing by Writing under
the hands of George Errington< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqr . two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County that they have examined
the said Bill and to allow of the same It is Ordered by this Court that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the sd. Sum of three pounds
And Eight Shillings unto the sd. Richard Lowe< no role > in full of his sd. Bill whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment.

A Bill of Mr. JohnCobb< no role > and Mr. William Vile< no role > Cabinet Makers
for Goods delivered at the Sessions House at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
for the Uses of the Justices of the peace of this County amounting to the Sum
of Forty Seven pounds and twelve Shillings having been produced before
this Court And it appearing to this Court by Writing under the Hands of
George Errington< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the sd. County that they have Examined the sd. Bill &
do allow the same It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of Forty seven pounds and
twelve Shillings unto the sd. JohnCobb< no role > and William.Vile< no role >
in full of their sd. Bill and that their or one of their Receipts together
with this Order shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the sd. Treasurer for
such payment.
