Order for appointing
Richard Blanchett< no role > Yeom
to be High Constable within
the Hundred of Spelthorne
in the Stead of Wm. Wynne< no role >
Gent.}

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. Wm. Wynne< no role >
one of the High Constables within the Division of Staines in the
Hundred of Spelthorne in the County of Middx in forming this Court
that he hath Served the Office of High Constable for three years
for the said Division of Staines and praying to be discharged from
his Said Office of High Constable , This Court being Satisfyed of
the truth of the Premisses doth appoint Richard Blanchett< no role > of
Hampton within the Said Division and Hundred Yeoman to be
High Constable within the Division and Hundred aforesaid in the
place and Stead of the said William Wynne< no role > and doth Order that
the said Richard Blanchett< no role > do forthwith (after Notice to him given to
of this Order) attend and take his Oath before one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for this County residing in or near the Said
Hundred of Spelthorne for his due Execution of the Office of High
Constable within the same Hundred, and from and after the time of his
having taken Such Oath the Said William Wynne< no role > is to Stand
absolutely discharged from being High Constable within the Division
and Hundred aforesaid.

By Adjournment on Thursday the 24th. day of
October 1754 before Thomas Lane< no role > George Cook< no role >
Thomas Jervis< no role > John Dekewer< no role > Esqrs . & others Etc

A Bill of Mr. Thomas Mist Ironmonger having been produced before this Court
for Work done at the Sessions House at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County amounting to the Sum of Ten pounds seven Shillings and five pence And it
appearing to this Court that the said Bill hath been examined and Settled by George
Errington and Bartholomew Hammond Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay the said Sum of Ten Pounds seven Shillings and five pence unto the
said Thomas Mist in full of his said Bill whose Receipt together with this Order
shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.
