Hundred of Spelthorne , And after the Time of his having
taken his said Oath the said Richard Saunders< no role > is to stand abso-
lutely discharged from his said Office of High Constable within
the said Hundred.

By Adjornmt. on Friday the 6th. Decr. 1751 .

William Atkins< no role > High
Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorne
in the place & Stead of
Edward Chase< no role > .}

Upon the Recommendation of the Right Honble
George Earl< no role > of Kinnoull and John Goodchild< no role > Esqr . two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County, this
Court doth appoint William Atkins< no role > of Sunbury Farmer
to be high Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in the Stead of Edward Chace< no role > and doth Order that the said
William Atkins< no role > do forthwith attend John Goodchild< no role > Esqr.
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County residing in or near the said Hundred and take his Oath for Childn. Execution of the Office of High Constable within the sd. Hundred of
Spelthorne , And from and after the Time of the said
William Atkins< no role > having taken the said Oath, the
said Edward Chace< no role > is to stand absolutely discharged
from his said Office of high Constable within the
said Hundred.
