By adjornment on Thursday the tenth day of April 1746 .

Order for Mr. Higgs< no role >
Trearer of Middx to pay
£87 12s. 7d. remaining due to
Mr. John Marquand< no role > in full
of his demand relating to this
Middx part of Chertsea
Bridge.}

A Report being made unto this Court Ore tenns by James Clitherow< no role > John Elliot< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. and
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqrs . three of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx. that they have inspected the Account of Mr. John Marquand< no role >
Carpenter for Materials by him found and Work by him done in and about the
rebuilding the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge and incident matters relating thereunto
And find that his whole Account for the same amounteth to the Sum of £477:12s:7d
And that he hath received in part thereof at several times several sums of money
amounting together to £390. And that there is now remaining due to him the Sum
of eighty seven pounds twelve shillings and seven pence one farthing upon his said
Account And the said John Marquand< no role > praying that this Court will please to Order
that the same may be paid unto him. It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of the County of Middx do assoon as he shall have sufficient money in his
hands for this purpose pay the said sum of eighty seven pounds twelve shillings and
[..] seven pence one farthing unto the said John Marquand< no role > in full payment and
discharge of all moneys due to him for Materials by him found and Work by him
done in and about the rebuilding the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge aforesaid and
incident matters relating thereunto and of all his demands against the said County.
And that the Receipt of the said John Marquand< no role > together with this Order shall
be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

A Report being made unto this Court (Ore tenns) by James Clitherow< no role > John Elliot< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. and
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esquires three of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx that they have inspected the Account of Mr. John Brown< no role > Junr.
Carpenter for Oak Timber and Marterials by him found and provided and Scaffolding and
other matters necessary in and about the rebuilding the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge ,
And find that the same doth amount in the whole to the sum of £54.5s.10d. And that he
hath received in part thereof the sum of £50. And that there is remaining due to him upon the
ballance of his said Account the sum of four pounds five shillings and ten pence, And the
said John Brown< no role > praying that this Court will be pleased to order that the same may be
paid unto him. It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the said County do
assoon as he shall have sufficient money in his hands for this purpose pay the said sum
of four pounds five shillings and ten pence unto the said John Brown< no role > Junr . in full
payment and discharge of all moneys due to him upon Amount of the Premisses aforesaid
and in full of all his demands against the said County of Middx. And that his Receipt
together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment
