Report of the Comittee
relating to Chertsea
Bridge Etc. and for
payment of Money
to Mr. Bond Mr.
Wilkinson and Mr.
Browne.}

Whereas Robert Hucks< no role > Boulton Mainwaring Richard

Justices of the Peace of this County being a Quorum of the
Committee of Justices of the Peace of the Said County (to whom
It was referred by an Order of Sessions of the twenty fifth [..]
day of April last to inspect the Bills of the Several
Workmen on Account of the New building or repairing the
Middx part of Chertsea Bridge , and to State what Sum
of Money was remaining due to each Workman, And to
make a proper Allowance to Mr. Samuel Bond< no role > the Surveyor
in respect of Moneys by him advanced on account of the new
building the aforesaid part of the Said Bridge and on account of
Timber by him bought for the Same, And also to direct the
Trearer to make Such payments as are therein mentioned)
have by their Report in Writing now delivered into this
Court of the Seventh of May instant Certifyed unto this Court
That in Obedience to the Said Order they proceeded to take
the Account of Samuel Bond< no role > the Surveyor of Chertsea Bridge
for all Moneys by him expended and laid out on Sundry
Occasions in building the brick Buttrice there and other
Expences which amounted in the whole to one hundred and
ninety two pounds Seven Shillings and five pence, And that
it appearing to the Committee that the Treasurer had paid
the Surveyor at Several times the Sum of one hundred and
Seventy five Pounds which being deducted out of the Sum
of one hundred and Ninety two Pounds Seven Shillings and
five pence reduces the Money due to the Surveyor on
ballance Seventeen Pounds Seven Shillings and five
pence, And that the Said Committee Ordered the
Treasurer to pay the Same which has Since been
