thirtyeth Day of June inclusive in the Same year and ending
the fifteenth Day of September exclusive, And that there
was then due to the Said Mary Whitehead< no role > the Sum of
thirty Pounds and ten pence for the Bread mentioned in
the Said Account, And the Said Mary Whitehead< no role > being
dead having in her Life time made her last Will and
Testament in Writing and John Bye< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. by the Name of
John Boy Executor thereof, Now upon Application
by him made unto this Court alledging that the Said
Sum was not paid to her in her Life time and that the
Same is due to him the Said John Bye< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. otherwise Boy
as her Executor And he praying that the Said Sum may
be paid unto him It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the Said
Sum of thirty Pounds and ten Pence unto the Said John
Bye otherwise Boy in full of the Said Demand whose
Receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

Will dated the 16th. day of July 1743 &

on the 13th. Day of Septr. 1744 and
Adracon granted by John Bettesworth< no role >
Dor. of Laws in the City of London &
Suburbs thereof and also within the

It appearing to this Court by Writing under the hands of
Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Chairman of this Court (to whom It
was referred to examine the account of Moneys alledged
to be due to Samuel Pritchard< no role > Constable
for passing and relieving Vagabonds) that he thought the
