By adjornment on Thursday the Sixth day of December
1744 .

Order for Mr. Higgs< no role >
the County Treasurer to
pay £16.4s. to Mr. Saml.
Attersoll Keeper of
Westmr. House of Correction
for passing & relieving
Vagrants.}

It appearing to this Court by Certificate bearing date the
Nineteenth day of October One thousand [..] hundred and
forty four under the hands of Francis Hole< no role > George
Errington and
< no role > Charles Egerton< no role > Esquires three of his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the Peace of this County that they have examined
the Account of Mr. Samuel Attersoll< no role > Keeper of the House
of Correction commonly called Tothill Fields Bridewell
within the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County of
Vagrants passed to and from the Said House of Correction
beginning on the eighteenth Day of February 1743 and
ending the twenty fifth day of May One thousand Seven
hundred and forty four, And that the Said three Justices have
allowed the Said Account amounting to Sixteen Pounds and
and four Shillings, And the Said Samuel Attersoll praying
that the Said Sum may be paid unto him. It is Ordered by
this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay
the Said Sum of Sixteen Pounds and four Shillings unto the
Said Samuel Attersoll in full of the Moneys due to him
upon the Said Account for his passing and relieving of Vagrants
And that the Receipt of the Said Samuel Attersoll together
with this Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the Sixth day of December
1744.

Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County (who were
present at Hicks Hall at the Discharge of Prisoners from
the House of Correction at Clerkenwell on Saturday the
fifteenth day of September one thousand Seven hundred and
forty four) that they have examined the account of Mrs. Mary
Whitehead Baker< no role > for Bread by her provided and found for
Prisoners in the Said House of Correction commenceing the
