Sr. John Shardin< no role > Bart . two of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices
of the Peace of this County residing within the said
Hundred as appeareth to this Court by Writing under
their hands, This Court doth thereupon appoint
Matthew Goodwin< no role > of the Parish of Bedfont within
the said Hundred in this County Gent to be High
Constable within the same Hundred in the place &
Stead of the said William Salway< no role > , And doth Order
that the said Matthew Goodwin< no role > do immediately
(after Notice of this Order) attend the said Sr. Thomas
Reynell & Sr. John Shardin< no role > or one of them or some
other Justice of the Peace of this County residing in
in or near the said Hundred and that he do forthwith
before them or one of them take his Oath for his
due Execution of the Office of High Constable within
the Hundred of Spelthorne aforesaid, And from and
after the time of his having taken such Oath the
said William Salway< no role > is to stand absolutely
discharged from being High Constable within the
said Hundred,

By adjornment on Thursday the eighteenth day
of October 1744 .

for some Furniture and
Upholders work done
at Hicks hall .}

Upon Report made unto this Court, One tenus,
by Jacob Harvey< no role > John Elliot< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. William Withers< no role > &
Francis Hole< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace of this
County, (to whom amongst others or any three or
more of them It was referred by an Order of Sessions
to inspect the Bill of Mr. Thomas Albert< no role > Upholder
for Matting the Court at Hicks hall and furnishing
the same with Cushions, an Elbow Chair and other
Furniture therein mentioned, and to consider if the
prices therein charged are reasonable) That they
