Bridge and the Manner of doing the Same part of which Bridge is in
the County of Middx and the other part thereof is in the County of Surry
And the Said Committee of Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
are desired to make their Report concerning what Shall be concerted
between the Said two Committees and by them proposes to be done by
each County in relation to the Premisses unto the Court of the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of
Middx for the further Direction of the Court therein.

By Adjornment on Thursday the 23d. of February 1743 .

Information being given unto this Court that Some Repaires
and necessary Matters are wanting to be done to the Sessions house
called Hicks Hall in St. John Street in this County and that is is
proper that the Same Should be done thereunto It is Ordered by
this Court that it be And it is hereby recomended and referred

Jacob Harvey< no role > , Thomas Burdus< no role > , Robert Tothill< no role > , Thomas De Veil< no role > ,

to take a view of Hicks Hall aforesaid And to direct Such Repairs
and Matters to be done there to as they Shall find and adjudge
necessary and convenient for the better Accomodation of the Justices
of the Peace of the Said County And to make a Report in writing
of their proceedings concerning the Same and of what Charge &
Expence Shall incurr upon that Occasion unto the Court of
Sessions of the Peace for this County.

After our very hearty Commendations to year Grace Whereas
his Majesty< no role > hath received undoubted Intelligence of the Arrival of
the Pretender's Eldest Son in France, and that preparations are
making at Dunkirk for an Invasion of this Kingdom in Concert
with disaffected Persons here, which Invasion is to be Supported by
the French Squadron that has been Some time cruizing in the
Channell, And Whereas by an Act of Parliament made in the
first Year of the reign of the late King William and Queen Mary
Entituled an Act for the better Security of the Government by
disarming Papists and reputed Papists It was Enacted that
