In the Parlour on the right hand

To be Lined from the Boards that are now fixed, Chair high,
The Walls & Ceiling to be plaistered and White washed
The Lineing of the Room Window Frames and Window Shutters to be painted
Cast Iron Weights and Pullies to the Windows.
To portland Stone Chimney piece Slab and Fire Stone

The Stair Case

To Wainscott the Stair Case from the top to the bottom one Yard and half high
and the Walls and Ceiling to be plaistered and White washed
The Sash Lines and beads to be repaired where wanting to all the
Windows.

All the rest of the House to be painted and white washed.

In the Workshop

To be plaistered
The Floor to be repaired and mended
To make good the Brick Work
To repair the Whipping post
The Dunghill to be raised and planked at the Top

All which works appear to the Committee as by the Estimations Delivered in by
the several Workmen and do amount unto the Sum of Fifty Seven pounds
two Shillings and four pence as appears by the several Estimations
annexed to the said Report.

This Court upon Reading the said Report & Estimations aforesaid is of Opinion
And doth direct that the said House of Correction and Keepers Dwelling
house be repaired in a good Substantial and Workman like manner as
soon as the same can be Conveniently done And after the same shall be
repaired the said Committee or any three of them are desired to view if the
same are well and sufficiently repaired in a good Substantial and
Workman like manner, and to Examine and see what Sum of Money is
due and payable to the respective Workmen for the same And to make
then report thereof in Writing to the Court of General Quarter or
General Sessions of the peace for this County to the intent that an
Order of Sessions may be then made for the Treasurer of this County to
pay the same,
