to be Chairman of
the Court in the Stead
of Thos. Lane< no role > Esqr .}

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx now assembled at this present General Sessions
of the peace holden for the said County Do Elect
Richard Newton< no role > Esqr . to be Chairman of the Generall
Quarter and General Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the same County between Michas One thousand
Seven hundred & thirty five & Easter then next
following in the stead & place of Thomas Lane< no role >
Esqr . the present Chairman.

Assembled at this present General Sessions of the peace
Do Order that their thanks be & they are hereby
Return'd to the Right Honble the Lord High Chancellor
of Great Brittain for the Letter lately Received from
his Lordship's Secretary, in Relation to the Matter of
Complaint of his Maties Justices of the peace of the
Sd. County against Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr . a Justice of
the peace of the said County, And they do Desire
that Copys may be Granted of the Papers left with
his Lordships Secretary in Answer to the Said Complaint,
And also that a Copy of an Anonymous Letter sent
to his Lordship in Relation to the aforesaid Complaint
may be Granted to the said Justices of the peace .
