Order for Justices in
Severall Divisions to
transmitt to the next.
Sessions an Account of
their proceedings in
Order to oblige the
paving & amending
the Streets Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended and referred unto his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County residing within the respective
Divisions of Holborne, Finsbury, and the Tower , to
transmitt to the Court of the next Generall Sessions of the
peace for the said County on the Second day of the same
Sessions an account in writing of what proceedings
they have or shall have made to oblige the Inhabitants
Landlords and other persons (whose pavements have
been or are, or Shall be out of repaire in the Streets
Lanes and Alleys in the Severall parishes within the
said respective Divisions and the Limits of the weekly
Bills of Mortality in this County) to pave and amend the
same pursuant to an Act of parliament made in the
second year of the reign of his present Maties. King
George the Second Intituled an Act for better paving and
cleansing the Streets in the City and Liberty of Westminster
and other places within the Limits of the weekly Bills of
Mortality in the County of Middx.

Whereas by an Order made at the last Generall Sessions of
the peace holden for this County by adjournment on
Wednesday the tenth day of September last It was
Ordered that Thomas Jones< no role > Gent the then Treasurer , or the
Treasurer for the time being, of the moneys raised or to be
raised within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and
Gore in this County for the passing and releiving of
Vagrants should thereout pay unto the Severall persons
hereunder named respectively Constables of the parish
