Whereas by an Order made at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
adjornmt. on Thursday the seventeenth day of
April last It was Ordered that

Generall Trearer of this County should be and he
was thereby desired out of the publick money in
his hands to pay unto
Richard Wilson< no role >
Gent high
Constable
within the Hundred of Gore in the said
County the sume of six pounds eleven shillings
and nine pence due to him for moneys by him
disbursed & paid to severall petty Constables
within the sd. Hundred upon the Certificates
of allowances made them by the Justices of
the peace of this County residing within the
same Hundred or some or one of them for
their trouble & expences in passing & releiving
of Vagrants, This Court being of opinion
that the said sume ought to be paid by the
Trearer of the moneys raised for the passing
& releiving of Vagrants & not by the said
Generall Trearer Doth Order that the said
recited Order be vacated & discharged, and
the same is hereby vacated & discharged
accordingly.
