Mariners for the Hundreds of Elthorne
Spelthorne and Istleworth in this County for
their better Support and maintenance) have
applyed to and Informed this Court that Sir
George Cooke< no role > Knight Treasurer for Marined
Soldiers and Mariners for the said Hundreds
for the Yeare One thousand Seven Hundred
and Twenty Six haveing paid unto Mr. John
Waller their Deputy Clerke of the Peace of this
County the Sume of Ten Pounds three Shillings
and Eight pence the same was paid by the said
Mr. Waller to the said Pentioners in part of their
Said Pentions for that Yeare, which Pentions
together amount to Fifteen Pounds, and that
there is Still remaining due to them for the
Arreares of their said Pentions for the Same
Yeare the Sume of Four Pounds Sixteen
Shillings and four pence, And the said Pentioners
prayed that this Court will Order that the
Same may be paid unto them, This Court being
Satisfyed of the truth of the Premisses Doth
hereby Order that William Cotesworth & Squire
Generall Treasurer of this Court be and he is
hereby desired out of the Moneys paid into his
Hands by the said Six George Cooke< no role > on Account
of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners to the pay the
Arreares of the said Pentions unto the
aforesaid Pentioners in manner following
