payments being entire and the Acts having Charged them
duly upon the Inhabitants or Occupiers for the time being
their Executors or Administrators.

22.

Whether are the persons who Enter upon Houses at Midsor. or
Christmas and hold them Michas or Lady day then next
following liable to the payment of all or any and what part
of the Taxes then due or payable for such Houses respectively
by Virtue of the said Acts:

" I am of Opinion that the person who is the Inhabitant
or Occupier of any House at Michas [..] Lady day the time
when these Duties become due is liable to pay the
whole Duties for that House for the half year then
ending, Notwithstanding that he Enter'd in the Middle
of or at any time during that half year; And tho'
some hardships may possibly arise from house to
particular persons, that is to be regulated between
Landlord and Tennant , and does not all Concern
the Crown.
