and Sufficient repaire from Michas last untill Michas
one thousand seven hundred and thirty one for the Sume
of two pounds P Ann, and upon his giving security by
Bond for his performance of the same according to the
intent of the said order he the said Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role >
Trear of the Moneys raised for the repaires of the
publick Bridges in this County be and is hereby desired
thereout to pay unto the said Francis Brown< no role > the
said Sume of two hundred and fifty Six pounds
in full of all Moneys due to him for repairing the
two Campshotts as Wharfes above Menconed and
finding Materials for that purpose And that the receipt
of the said Francis Browne< no role > together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said Sr. Isaac
Tillard
< no role > for such payments

P adjorn Veneris 2 o. die July 1725 .

Order for Consent
to allow or disallow
Appeales Etc to
be given by Counsell}

It is Ordered by this Court that where any Appeal
or Appeals shall hereafter be preferred to the
Court of Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of ye.
Peace for this County by the In habitants of any
Parish or Place against the Inhabitants of any
other Parish or Place in this County touching the
Settlement of any Poor Person or Persons
removed or passed to the Appellants by vertue
of any Order made by two Justices of the
Peace, That noe Consent either for
allowing or disallowing any such Appeale or
Appeales be allowed by the Court unless
such Consent be in that behalfe given
by Councell,
