Court that notwithstanding the said former Order
severall Persons have lately and doe now keep
Gameing Houses or Gameing Booths, and Gameing
Tables and Cupps and Balls and other unlawfull
Games, at or near the said place called Tottenham
Court at a Fair or pretended Fair there kept, where
young or unwary Persons are defranded of their
Moneys, And that severall Persons there permitt
Tipling and Drunkenness & curseing and Swearing
in their Houses or Booths and that Several Persons
commit assaults affrays and other disorders and
illegall Practices there, For prevention of
which mischiefes and for the effectual Suppression
of the Same It is Ordered by this Court that
the high Constable of Holborne Division in
this County and his Petty Constables doe on
Friday the fourteenth day of August instant
assemble at or near the said Place called
Tottenham Court where the said Fair or
pretended Fair is kept, and that they doe
apprehend all such Persons as keep Gameing
Houses or Gameing Booths or Gameing Tables
or Cupps and Balls or other unlawfull
Games there and all other Offenders in the
Premisses and carry them before one or
more of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for this County to be dealt with according
