It is Ordered by this Court that Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role >
Knt . Trear of the moneys raised for the repaire
of the publique bridges in this County be and he
is hereby desired & authorized to lay out &
disburse any sume of money not exceeding the
Sume of fifty five pounds in the necessary
reparacon of any of the publique bridges in
this County now out of repaire, wch. have been
usually & ought to be repaired by the Inhitants
of this County And to lay an accompt thereof
before his Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County to be assembled in the Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County,

& give evidence
to the Grand Jury
on the first, second
or third day of the
Sessions of peace for
Middx,

Whereas divers Prisoners for felonys were
delivered by proclamacon at the Sessions of
Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for this
County at Justice hall in the Old Baily in
the Suburbs of the City of London on the
fifteenth day of April last for want of Psecucon
altho' Bills of Indictmt. were afterwards found
against them, the prosecutors against such Prisoners
not appeareing to give evidence against them
to the Grand Jury at the Sessions at Hicks hall
till after such their delivery, To prevent therefore
the like inconveniencys for the future either
to prosecutors or Prisoners This Court hath
thought fit and doth accordingly Order that the
Recognizances of all prosecutors & Witnesses
against prisoners for felony shall hereafter
be estreated into the Court of Exchequer unless
such Prosecutors & witnesses shall appeare on
the first second or third day of the sessions of the
peace for this County and give their evidence
