and provided by the Petitioner, and what paveing
hath been done to the Yard belonging to the said house,
and what materials have been used about the
Same, and what Prices are reasonable to be allow'd
for the Said blocks, beatells, Irons paveing and
materials or any of them, and at whose expence
the Same or any of them ought to have been
found provided and done, and to Certify their
Opinions touching the premisses unto his Majestys
Justices of the Peace at the then next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for
this County, And by Order made at the General
Sessions of the peace holden for the Said County
by adjournment on the fourth day of December
now last past the time limitted by the Said first
recited Order for transacting the matters therein
contained was enlarged untill the then next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County Now upon information
given unto this Court by the Said Mr. Burdus
touching the progress made by him and the Said
other Referrees in Relation to the matters referred
to them by the Said Order, This Court was of
opinion that the Peticoner Should have an
allowance of the Sume of Twenty five pounds and
four Shillings made him for the moneys by
him disbursed in his Said employment of Keeper,
and that an Inventory Should be taken, of what
blocks, beatells, irons and other matters belong
to the Said house of Correction , and that the Peticoner
Shall leave the Same there at the expiration of his
