again at Mr. Jones No.. 14 Gun Yard Houndsditch in order to
enquire about the said James Dawson< no role > and to Subpeonea him
is he was come to Town when he again said the said Mr.
Jones who informed him that the said Mr. Dawson was
not returned from Holland nor did he expect him before
the Month of October next as he had before acquainted this
Deponent which said Information he believes to be true and
this Deponent Isdaile Iselevil< no role > lastly saith that he did on
the third Day of September instant serve Mr. Brown who
acts as Solicitor for the prosecution in this matter with a
true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexted by delivering
the same to a Clerk of the said Mr. Brown at his
Chambers in Cliffords Inn London.
