John Davis< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth
in the County of Surrey Bricklayer maketh Oath and
Saith That He this deponant for several Years last
past knew and was well acquainted with the above
Defendant Thomas Gould< no role > Late of Lambeth Marsh in the
Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey
Victualler deceased And this Deponent further Saith
that He this Deponent did on or about' the Eighth day of
March last become one of the Bail of the said Thomas
Gould< no role > to Answer the Indictment in this Cause at which
time the said Thomas Gould< no role > was Confined to his Bed
with Illness And this Deponant further Saith that the
said Thomas Gould< no role > departed this Life on the Tenth day of
March last And that this Deponent did see the said
Thomas Gould< no role > after his deceased at his Dwelling House in
Lambeth Marsh aforesaid in the said Parish of Saint
Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey
