The King on the Prosecution of
Elizabeth Cruickshank< no role > and others
agst.
Thomas Gould< no role > -For Perjury

Thomas Hudson< no role > of Bishopsgate Street without in
the City of London Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith
That he this Deponent did on Wednesday the Seventh day
of May Instant Serve Elizabeth Cruickshank< no role > of Lambeth
Walk in the parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the County
of Surrey Victualler who is as this Deponent is informed and
verily believes the prosecutrix in this Cause with a Notice in
Writing purporting that His Majesty's Honorable Court of
Oyer and Terminer and Goal delivery held at Justice Hall in
the Old Bailey would be moved on Friday then next or so
soon after as Councel could be Heard that the Recognizance
Entered unto by Mr. John Davis< no role > and Mr. Thomas Kendall< no role >
as Bail for the appearance of the above Defendant to
Answer the Indictment preferred in this Cause might be
discharged the said Defendant having since their Entering
into the same departed this Life by delivering such Notice
in Writing to and Leaving the same with the said
Elizabeth Cruickshank< no role > at Her dwelling House in Lambeth
Walk aforesaid.
