The hble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Dunstan in
the East in the said City.
Sheweth
That by an Order or Pass Warrt. under the Hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in
and for the sd. City of London
and Liberties thereof (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Seventh Day of Febry 1788

was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Katherine Creechurch
in the said City to the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East
afsd. as the place of her last legal Settlemt. whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petrs. therefore libly appeal to this Court
agt. the sd. adjudication of the said two Justs. and
their said Order or Pass Warrt. and pray that
the Same may be quashed vacated and set
aside And that the sd. Jane Hughes< no role >
may be
forthwith sent back and delivered unto ye.
