Thomas Bailey< no role > of Little Tower Street in the City of London
Ironmonger maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent was
by Summons left at his House required to attend at the Guildhall
within the said City on Monday last to serve as a Juryman
that he this Deponent was taken very ill on the Sunday
proceeding the said Monday andwascontinued so ill that
he was unable to attend at the Guildhall aforesaid in time
to answer when his Name was called and that he this Deponent
in informed that he was fined for not attending in time
