The Defts were indicted in July Session last for
a Conspiracy on the Prosecutions of Robert Jaques< no role > .

On the 23d. July last the Attorney General
granted his Warrant of Cosset Processus to stay all
further Proceedings on the said Indictment till further
orders and such Warrant was afterwards filed with the
Mr. Shelton the Clerk of the Commission of Oyer and
Terminer for the City of London .

The abovenamed Defts and under
Recognizance to answer the Indictment and therefore
it will be necessary to move to respite such
Recognizance until Etc.
