The King (on the Prosecution of
Humphrey Hierophilus Deacon

George Giles< no role > and George Muslin< no role > For
Felony

Humphrey Himophitus [..] Deacon< no role > of Milk street London Warehouseman
there Prosecutor in this cause and Lawrence Barrow of Swan
Alley Coleman Street in the City of London Haberdon her severally
make oath and say And first the said Humphrey Heinophilus< no role >
Deacon for himself saith that on or about the Tenth Day of
February Instant thre warehouse of this Deponent was [..]
Rebbeca of a quantity of Printed Collin which ware Feloniously stolen
and taken away therefrom And this Deponent saith that he made
application to David Willmott< no role > Esqr one of the Justices for the
County of Middlesex for his Assistance to discover and
apprehend the parties Guilty of the said Felony And this
Deponent saith that by diligent search divers parts of
the said Goods were found in the Custody of Grace Lazarus< no role >
Spinster which and mentioned in the Indictment in this Cause
And this Deponent saith that the said Goods being so found on
the said Grace Lazarus< no role > she was admitted an Evidence by
the said Charles Triquets< no role > Esqr one other Justice for the said
County and did before the said Justice give very material
evidence against the Prisoners on this Prosecution and which
evidence this Deponent beleives is now before this Honourable
Court by the Examination of the said Grace Lazarus< no role > which was
taken in Writing and signed by here And this Deponent further
Saith that the said Grace Lazarus< no role > was then admitted [..] an
Evedence against the prisoners George Giles< no role > and George Muslin< no role >
and was Bound over to give Evidence at this Sessions against
the said Prisoners and was admitted to Bail and that the
other Deponent was one of theotherBail for the said
Grace Lazarus< no role > And this Deponent further saith that
the said Grave Lazarus is a very Material witness and
without whose testimony the Guilt of the Prisoner a
in this Prosecution cannot be proved on the Tryal And
