Oath that he this Deponent left Cefnays Cerren purposely
to attend as a Witness on the Part of the Prosecutor in
this Cause on the Twelfth day of this Instant January
and Saith Cofnays Corren is Twenty five Miles from
Shrewsbury
the nearest Place a Coach comes to from
London and that he was Obliged to have Two Horses
and a Man Servant to attend him in Order to Return
the said Horses And Saith that the said Two Horses and
Servant wod. be necessarily absent Two Days for the
which this Deponent Charges and horth received of the

this Deponent saith that the Coachtion from Shrewsbury
to London which this Deponent paid is Two Pounds

Five Guineas for Coach lives And this Deponent Saith
he shall be obliged to have the like trouble and Expences

Saith that he cannot get to Cofnay Corren until on or
about the Twenty first day of this Instant January
and therefore shall be necessarily Absent from his
place
