from the time aforesaid until WednesdaylastMorning
last before which time Deponent did not apprehend Deced
was in danger but on said Wednesday Morning Depont
found Deced in a very dangerous Situation and saw
her Dead between 5 and 6 o'Clock in the Evening
That Deponent is of Opinion that the Deceaseds Death
was occasioned by the Wound she had received upon

as aforesaid. And lastly Deponent saith
that he apprehends said Blow must have been given
by a Blunt Instrument.

maketh Oath and saith
that yesterday this Deponent assisted by Mr Fearon and
Mr Welbank examined the Body of the deced and upon
opening the Skull were convinced that her Death was
occasioned by one or more Blows That Deponent
found a large Quantity of extravasated Blood in the
Head and the Blood Vessels distended and the Brain
injured.
